Cancellations and Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or exchange.
Unfulfilled orders are eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of order. If 72 hours have gone by since order date, a 25% cancellation fee shall apply.
Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is considered in fulfilled status, whether received by customer or still in transit by the carrier.
To be eligible for a return, fulfilled items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. A 40% restocking fee shall apply to all returns.
There are certain situations where no refunds can be granted:
- Visible signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are experiencing issues with your product, send us an email at email@example.com. Our tech support team will work with you to identify the problem and resolve it. If it is determined that your product is defective, and warranty is still valid, you will be provided a pre-authorization code to return your item. Once your defected item is received, a replacement will be shipped to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, If you receive a refund, the cost incurred to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, whether you are returning for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
